In Dublin Red Line Luas services are facing disruption this morning.

It follows a collision involving a tram and a bin lorry on Benburb Street at 7:40am this morning.

The line is blocked in both directions at the Heuston stop.

There are no services between Blackhorse and Smithfield as a result.

Services on the Red Line  (Tallaght/Saggart-Connolly/The Point) are only running from Tallaght/Saggart to Heuston.

There is no service between Heuston and Connolly/The Point.

However Dublin Bus will honour all valid Luas tickets.

The Green Line is unaffected.
