No food, no water, and two sleeping bags between three - that's the situation at Bray Town Council's offices this evening, where a sit-in is taking place.

Sinn Féin's Wicklow County Councillor John Brady says the 2 women he is staging the sit-in with are homeless, and need the Council to house them.

The women, and their 6 children, say they've been living in rented accommodation while on the housing list for between 7 and 9 years - now their landlords have taken their houses back.
