The voting rights of emigrant Irish is up for debate this weekend at the Constitutional Convention. The question of how to include the Diaspora in the affairs of their homeland has frequently been asked, but now serious consideration is being given to allowing citizens abroad the right to vote in certain Irish elections.

The Sunday Show debated this very question this week as Brian Reynolds from Ballotbox.ie , Richard Humphreys, S.C. and Sinead Ryan of the Herald newspaper joined Shane in the studio.
