Two bodies have been recovered by divers inside the yacht of British tech magnate Mike Lynch.
The bodies’ identities are not yet known but one is of a heavily built man.
On Monday, the Bayesian superyacht capsized during a fierce storm with 22 people on board.
Afterwards 15 people were rescued - including a mother and her one-year-old baby.
The body of cook Recaldo Thomas was recovered yesterday and divers are now looking for Mr Lynch, his daughter, Hannah, Jonathan Bloomer, his wife Judy Bloomer, Chris Morvillo and his wife Neda Morvillo.
With two more bodies now found, the search for the other four will continue.
Experts believe it is possible they may still be alive but trapped inside an air pocket inside the yacht.
At least one person aboard the yacht was an Irish citizen and the Department of Foreign Affairs is providing consular assistance.
Britain's Ambassador to Italy, Ed Llewellyn described the situation as a "terrible tragedy".

It is thought the ship was sunk by a waterspout - a weather phenomenon that occurs over the sea during stormy weather and that looks similar to a tornado.
Weather expert Cathal Nolan described them as “surprisingly more common than you might think” and noted one was reported off the coast of Dún Laoghaire in May.
