Shops have been hit by a shortage of feather boas, ahead of Harry Styles concert in Slane Castle next week.
The 'Watermelon Sugar' singer will play his Love On Tour set in Co Meath next Saturday.
Styles has donned a boa on several occasions, including on-stage and at the Grammy Awards.
Sarah Collery, manager at funplace.ie, told Newstalk Breakfast some people are holding off until closer to the time.
"We haven't been selling too many, because we are waiting for our big order to come in next week - where we'll have all the pastel colours," she said
"His traditional thing is wearing the purple feather boa or the lime green".
Ms Collery said both men and women are looking for them.
"I think it's a mix of both across all ages," she said.
"Probably a bit more women, but definitely across the board with ages.
"He's definitely put a surge back into the feather boa industry".
Ms Collery said there are several ways to style your boa.
"I don't know if I'd wear it to a concert because they can be so messy," she said.
"You can style it in different ways so it's not around your neck - people can put them around their bag and stuff like that," she added.
