Sinn Féin says it'Â’ll be 2096 before the country gets fully back to work if the governmentÂ’s jobs plan continues as it is.
The party is preparing to introduce a bill in the Dáil which calls for heavy investment in infrastructure projects to create jobs.
It also provides for the abolition of upward-only rent reviews and a cut in energy rates to help struggling businesses.
Sinn FéinÂ’s spokesperson for Jobs Peadar Toibín is highly critical of the governmentÂ’s efforts to cut dole queues:
