SIPTU is warning that the latest set of proposals from the Labour Relations Commission on the Croke Park II deal shouldn't be considered a done deal.

The National Executive of the union meets today to discuss the proposals that emerged earlier this week.

The union's 63,000 members rejected the initial proposals last month to cut premium pay, increase hours, and cut pay for those earning over €65,000.

Head of Communications for SIPTU, Frank Connolly, says the improvements do not guarantee acceptance by their members:

} ], { swfPath: '/assets/includes/js/jPlayer', supplied: 'mp3', wmode: 'window', solution: 'flash, html' });
