Concert goers attending this year’s Slane Castle are being urged to use public transport, with Bus Eireann offering special services between Navan and Drogheda and the venue.

Bon Jovi will take centre stage at this year’s event along with the Corona's, Bressie and Ham sandwich.

Gardai say a major traffic management plan is already in place and will remain in place until tomorrow morning-and those driving to the event are being warned to expect delays.
