Several counties can expect snowfall today, according to Met Éireann.
Forecaster Matthew Martin told Newstalk to expect "some accumulation" of snow in the north-west of the country.
"We do have status yellow snowfall warnings in operation for Mayo, Sligo Leitrim and Donegal,” he said.
"We are expecting snow showers there today, tonight and tomorrow morning."
Snowfall has already been snapped in several locations today.

Mr Martin said to expect blue skies.
"Elsewhere, it will be mostly dry with lots of winter sunshine but temperatures will really struggle to get above freezing in much of the country during the day," he said.
"You can expect really similar conditions tomorrow."
Met Éireann is asking motorists to slow down and be aware of icy roads while warnings remain in place.
