Gardai have sized a number of cannabis plants in Co. Wexford. The plants have an estimated street value of €45,000.

They were discovered following the planned search of a premises in Lee Heights in Wexford town at around 7:40pm yesterday evening.

No arrests have been made.

Gardai say it is part of an on-going operation into the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Wexford region.
