A man wrote a letter to the UK Home Office requesting information on how a person could officially leave society.

Surprisingly, he received a very diligent response from a civil servant which was made available through a freedom of information request... and it's pretty comprehensive.

Either P Etarat takes his job very seriously or maybe has too much time on their hands...
