The captain of the ferry which sank off South Korea has defended the timing of his order to evacuate it, and apologised to the families of the victims.
69 year-old Lee Joon-seok, who has been arrested, says he delayed because passengers would have been too cold in the water.
Around 270 people - mostly high school students - remain unaccounted after the boat went down on Wednesday. It has been reported that a thirtieth body has been found in the ongoing search and rescue operation.
