After 122 days of evidence and 373 witnesses, verdicts have been reached at the Stardust Inquests.
The foreman of the jury told Dublin Coroner’s Court yesterday it had reached a majority decision following 11 days of deliberations.
The five verdicts available to the jury were accidental death, death by misadventure, unlawful killing, an open verdict or a narrative verdict.
The jurors were also asked to fill out a questionnaire about the circumstances of the fire.
The Coroner deferred announcing the verdicts until 2pm this afternoon to allow family members and friends of the victims to hear the decisions.
