The website of the national student grant system is using a popular internet meme on its home page. 

The meme is known as Sheltered College Freshman, and according to Know Your Meme features "a stock photo of a young woman posing with a blue notepad in what appears to be a library. The images are captioned with ignorant statements often related to naive understandings of sexual innuendo and slang related to illegal drugs."

It's not known whether wearei3, the site's developers, or SUSI are aware they are using the same image. 

This isn't the first time Sheltered College Freshman has appeared in unlikely places; she's also been discovered in notebooks, magazines and advertisements.
