With movie trailers and contemporary events getting the Lego their own Lego remakes, one might ask why the classics have been left out.
Mehdi Ghiassi, 23, a student in Duisberg, Germany, decided to remedy the problem by recreating the Creation of Adam,' which adorns the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Ghiassi took 10 days to make the masterpiece out of 98,000 bricks, dismantling it within three days so he could return every piece to the supplier for a refund.

When asked by TheLocal what inspired him he said he wished to "do something that has not yet been done."
