Students' representatives are accusing the government of going against their promises to support life-long learning.
As Budget 2013 was revelaed yesterday, it emerged students were hit with a €250 increase to the capitation fee next year, and for the next two years after that.
And they'll have to deal with an increase in the threshold for the grant.
