Hip-hop mogul Marion “Suge” Knight has been taken to hospital, shortly after appearing in court on a murder charge.

Knight allegedly complained of chest pains shortly after he had denied deliberately running down two men following an argument on a movie set in Los Angeles.

One of the men, Terry Carter, 55, was killed in the incident.

Knight was formally charged with murder on Monday.

Knight’s lawyer insists it wasn't deliberate - and that he was trying to flee an attack himself.
