The Supreme Court is to hear an urgent challenge to the Children’s Referendum on Tuesday.
It comes after the President of the High Court rejected a challenge to the referendum earlier today.
An engineer from Kilbarrack in Dublin – Mark McCrystal - lost his action in which he claimed the government is using €1.1 million of public money to allegedly promote a ‘Yes vote’ on November 10th.

President Nicholas Kearns has found the campaign neutral, balanced and with the primary aim of informing the public.
Mr. McCrystal is appealing the ruling.
