Tadhg Delaney murder: Gardaí renew appeal for information

Gardaí are renewing their appeal for information in connection with the murder of a man in Tallaght last November.

50-year-old Tadhg Delaney was found unresponsive in the front garden of a house on Dromcarra Avenue in Jobstown, Tallaght shortly before 8.30 pm on November 15th last year.

Mr Delaney was transferred to Tallaght Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Following a post-mortem examination, Gardaí opened up a murder investigation.

Today, on the one-year anniversary of his death, Gardaí are calling for anyone with information to come forward.

They are particularly appealing to anyone who was in the Dromcarra Avenue area of Jobstown between 5pm and 8.30pm. on Wednesday November 15th.

Additionally, anyone with video footage including dash cam recordings by motorists who were in the Dromcarra, Kilclare, and Cheeverstown Road/N81 areas have been urged to contact Gardaí.

Two people have been arrested as part of the investigation so far, and Gardaí said they are following several lines of inquiry.
