Hermann Rorschach, the inventor of the famous ten card inkblot test that has played a central role in the development of psychiatry, died at the young age of 37 back on April 1st, 1922. Despite his early death, the Rorschach name remains well known around the world thanks to its association with Hermann's most famous creation.
Today marks the 129th anniversary of Rorschach's birth, and Google has chosen to celebrate the fact with another of their imaginative, interactive Google Doodles. Visitors to the Google homepage today will be able to check out a special Rorschach test as part of the Google logo, and share their observations via social networks.
Although several of the inkblots are the famously ambiguous sort that could cause any number of responses, Google has also decided to insert a couple of comical ones for those flicking through the available options. Check out some of them below, or you can find the whole selection on the Google homepage.
