The Taoiseach's been accused of withholding the truth from the Dáil about the resignation of the Garda Commissioner.
Fianna Fáil says Enda Kenny should have made it clearer that secret taping at Garda stations had been uncovered as a direct result of the Ian Bailey case.
Yesterday the judge leading an investigation into the affair, Nial Fennelly, said his report on the resignation of Martin Callinan would be delayed until after Ian Bailey's court action against the State.

Mr Martin also accused Sinn Féin of threatening to collapse the Northern Assembly as a distraction tactic.
