Enda Kenny says he believes Gerry Adams was a member of the IRA and of the organisation’s army council.

The Taoiseach says he’s come to that conclusion from everything he’s read and heard.

Mr Adams has always denied being a member.

But Enda Kenny says the Sinn Féin President should make a statement on the matter.
