Health Minister Simon Harris and Education Minister Joe McHugh will remain in Ireland to deal with the response to the Coronavirus.
This year's delegation is much smaller than usual as efforts to form a government continue.
Separately, health experts will today decide whether mass gatherings here should be cancelled because of the coronavirus.
The National Public Health Emergency Team will give guidance on how to handle St Patrick's Day parades and other big events set to take place over the coming weeks.
Earlier this afternoon, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said the government currently isn't advising anyone to cancel major events - but noted that could change in the two weeks between now and St Patrick's Day.
He said further guidance will be issued later today by health authorities.
