The Taoiseach is leading almost 90 Irish companies on a trade mission in the Middle East.

A variety of sectors including engineering, education, construction and agriculture are represented.

Enda Kenny and the Minister for Jobs and Enterprise are visiting Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Big budget global projects will be held in Qatar within the next ten years including the World Cup tournament in 2020 .

Meeting's began in Riyadh this morning.

Richard Bruton says this mission is part of the governments overall plan to create jobs.
