However he says in the case of a rally this week in support of the Quinn family things may have been “better left alone”.
Enda Kenny was responding to comments by MEP Sean Kelly who yesterday praised the expression of moral support shown at the event in Ballyconnell in Co. Cavan.

The Fine Gael MEP has clarified his position today saying he was not speaking in support of Sean Quinn or his family.
Enda Kenny has told Galway Bay FM that it would have been better left alone.
