The Taoiseach says other European leaders are divided on whether we need a precautionary second bailout in order to exit the Troika programme on December 15th.
Enda Kenny has also revealed that any hope of getting our banking debt separated from the sovereign will not happen until the banking union is established.
The Taoiseach has revealed that at this European Union summit several other EU leaders were asking him a lot of questions about the bailout exit.
And he says the leaders are divided on whether Ireland should go it alone on the exit, or take a backstop or precautionary agreement.
Enda Kenny told reporters in Brussels that we will make the decision and that any precautionary second bailout would only be accepted if the terms and conditions were favourable.
