The Taoiseach says other European leaders are divided on whether we need a precautionary second bailout in order to exit the Troika programme on December 15th.

Enda Kenny has also revealed that any hope of getting our banking debt separated from the sovereign will not happen until the banking union is established.

The Taoiseach has revealed that at this European Union summit several other EU leaders were asking him a lot of questions about the bailout exit.
