The Taoiseach says he'll speak to the President of the European Central Bank tomorrow about the banking inquiry.
It's after Mario Draghi informed the Oireachtas inquiry that he will not be attending as a witness as he's not answerable to national parliaments.
Enda Kenny's being called "a crawler" by Sinn Féin in the Dáil after saying while he believes Mr Draghi should attend, he can't be obliged to do so.
