From the world's biggest selfie to the Minister for Jobs receiving a fellowship, tech week is underway across Ireland.

Tech Week aims to recognise the achievements in the sector and encourage young people to consider taking technology related courses at third level.

Events - ranging from coding to maths workshops -  will take place in many participating schools and universities.
