A man is due before court later today in connection with the murder of Melanie McCarthy-McNamara in Tallaght in Dublin on February 7th last.
The man in his late teens will appear before Tallaght District Court.
He is the 2nd person to be charged over her death.
A 23-year-old man was charged just 2 weeks after the shooting dead of the 16-year-old.
She died after a drive-by shooting at Brookview Way in Tallaght where a black SUV pulled up alongside and a gunman opened fire.
She was one of 3 passengers in the parked car.
It is believed the vehicle also contained the intended victim of the shooting.
