A 17-year-old has been charged with possession of a flare at a soccer match in the North yesterday.

He was detained at Windsor Park yesterday afternoon and is due to appear before Belfast Youth Court on April 6th.

A 19-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of the same offence, was released unconditionally yesterday evening.

Yesterday saw Linfield beat rivals Glentoran 3 - 0 in the 3pm fixture.
