A teenager has been hospitalised after a brutal assault with a hurley at a Dublin petrol station over the weekend.
He was hit a number of times during the attack which happened shortly before 8pm on Saturday night on the Swords Road in Santry.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
No arrests have been made and the Garda investigation is ongoing.
Gardaí have said they are aware of videos and images of the incident currently in circulation.
They are asking people not to share the footage or imagery online.
Anyone with any information on the assault is asked to contact Gardaí.
