A Tesla Cybertruck has exploded outside of Donald Trump's hotel in Las Vegas.
The driver was killed during the explosion, with seven others who were near the vehicle suffering minor injuries.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating whether this was an act of terrorism - but believe it is an isolated incident.
Officials have shared dramatic footage of the blast at a news conference.
Sheriff Kevin McMahill said investigators found a range of evidence in the back of the wrecked vehicle.
“Those are gasoline canisters, they are camp fuel canisters and large firework mortars,” he said.
New Orleans
This explosion comes mere hours after a car ploughed into a crowd of people in New Orleans, killing at least 15 people.
The FBI said the driver was an army veteran - believed to have been given an honourable discharge.
The incident is being treated as a New Year's Day terrorist attack.
The suspect - a 42-year-old from Texas called Shamsud-Din Jabbar - was shot dead after opening fire at police.
