Lucy Gilmore Murphy has won the Best Dressed Lady competition at the Dublin Horse Show.

The hat designer from Enniskerry in Co Wicklow wins a trip to New York worth €8,000.

Record numbers entered this year’s Best Dressed Lady competition.

But it was 24 year old Wicklow woman Lucy Gimore Murphy who caught the eye of the judges.

Her outfit, a cream Calvin Klein dress, was bought for her by her boyfriend with a matching head piece.

She wore Jimmy Choo shoes and topped off the outfit with an €8 handbag from Penneys.
