Ten years ago this month, 6 healthy young men were hospitalised with organ failure after a clinical drug trial at a London hospital went badly wrong. The case became known as ‘the elephant man' drug trials.
One of those affected, Ryan Wilson spoke to George Hook about his experience and the injuries he suffered as a result of the clinical trials that have changed his life forever. He was also joined by investigative journalist Brian Deer who produced a documentary on the trials for the Channel 4 'Dispatches' series. You can listen back to the interview below...
