A string of hit musicals helped Bord Gáis Energy Theatre to book profits of more than €1m last year.
'The Sound of Music,' 'Mary Poppins,' and 'Billy Elliot' helped to fill the 2,111 seat Live Nation-managed venue.
Dublin couple John and Bernie Gallagher bought the theater in 2014 for €28m - outbidding rival investors including MCD and Live Nation.

It first opened in 2010, the landmark property which was built by Harry Crosbie, draws some 500,000 visitors to live shows every year.
Irish Independent reports that accounts filled by the Gallaghers' Crownway Entertainment Ltd show that accumulated losses at the group grew by €460,158 to €920,653 - while the firm's operating profit reached €1.04m.
Its cash reserves climbed from €176,335 to €2m.
The theater directly employs 32 people and has staff costs of €1.39m.
Bord Gais signed a naming rights deal in 2011 - it will expire during 2017.
