The world’s biggest traditional Irish music festival gets under way in Co. Cavan today.

It’s the third successive year that Cavan town is hosting the Fleadh Ceol na hÉireann.

The event is Ireland’s second largest tourist attraction and is expected to draw crowds in the region of 250,000 over its three days.
