There's been drama in the Commons, with the Speaker blocking another vote on British Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal.

The speaker of the House of Commons says it's down to a Parliamentary rule from the seventeenth century.

Citing a 400 year old precedent, John Bercow said Mrs May's plan won't be voted on again, unless it's been substantially changed.

UK MPs will now ask European leaders to allow them to delay Brexit at an EU council meeting on Thursday.
