Thin Lizzy are among the nominees to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next year.
The Irish band are one of 16 acts to be put forward for the prestigious recognition in the US.
They join the likes of Motörhead, Kraftwerk, Nine Inch Nails, Soundgarden and Depeche Mode on the list of nominees.
The Dave Mathews Band, Pat Benatar, the Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Judas Priest, MC5, the Notorious B.I.G, Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, T. Rex and Todd Rundgren make up the rest of the list.
Music lovers can vote for their pick in an online ballot, with voting open until January 10th 2020.
A final selection will then be sent to an international voting body made up of musicians, historians and industry executives for a final decision.
The induction ceremony will take place in Cleveland Ohio in May 2020.
