Reid Wiseman is currently living on the ISS in low earth orbit.
The astronaut has been tweeting photos and videos from space to his 220,000 plus Twitter fans.
Just after midnight last night he managed to capture the Northern Lights, or aurora borealis, from his cockpit.
In his own words, what he saw was 'unbelieveable'.

But this beautiful sight is only one of the amazing things he has shared with his fans over the last few weeks.
He has witnessed some strange sights as well as some anomalies.
