Luxury goods, suspected counterfeit items and €25,710 in cash have been seized in Dublin.

The discovery was made by Gardaí in two searches in the North Inner City and Dublin 13.

They searched a business and home in the areas and found 180 suspected counterfeit Apple Air Pod Max headphones.

They also recovered 185 fake Otterbox mobile phone cases and luxury goods by brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Balenciaga and Hermes.

The suspected counterfeit items are not subject to examination.

No arrests have been made so far and investigations are ongoing.
