There's been a second night of peaceful protests in New York and other cities around the US after the decision not to charge a police officer involved in the death of an unarmed black man.
Eric Garner was placed in a chokehold by officers trying to question him about illegally selling cigarettes. Mr Garner is seen in the footage repeating the words "I can't breathe" as the police officer continued to hold him.
The demonstrations come just a week after violence in Missouri when another officer wasn't charged over a fatal shooting in Ferguson.
At least 3,000 people congregated in Times Square chanting at police - "Who do you protect?"
According to USA today, protests took place in Washington, Minneapolis, Boston and New York with the Mayor of NYC promising that the police force would be better trained.
US President Barack Obama welcomed the announcement: "Too many Americans feel deep unfairness when it comes to the gap between our professed ideals and how laws are applied on a day to day basis."
