Three men are being questioned in relation to the seizure of a quarter of a million euro worth of cannabis in north County Dublin.

At around 8 o'clock last night Gardai investigating the activity of a north Dublin gang stopped and searched a van and a car at Tooman, in Lusk.   During the search officers discovered around 250-thousand euro worth of cannabis.

The men - all aged in their 30s - are being detained at Swords and Ballymun garda stations.
