Two men and a teenager have been found guilty of the murder of a father-of-seven at a funeral in Kerry two years ago.

Thomas Dooley was killed at Rath in Tralee on October 5th 2022.

Father and son 43-year-old Thomas Dooley Senior and 21-year-old Thomas Dooley Junior, both of the Carrigrohane Road in Cork, were found guilty of the murder of their namesake Thomas Dooley.

A teenager who cannot be named was also found guilty of his murder.

Thomas Dooley Jnr was also found guilty of assault causing harm to the widow of the late Thomas Dooley, Siobhan Dooley.

The jury deliberated for more than eight hours before delivering their verdicts this afternoon following a 30-day trial at the Central Criminal Court in Cork.

The jury will continue deliberating in respect of three others accused of Mr Dooley's murder.
