McIlroy case to begin

Rory McIlroy’s multi-million euro High Court battle is due to get underway on Wednesday morning.

The 25-year-old’s legal action against Horizon Sports Management was supposed to begin on Tuesday - but was deferred as both sides sought to “narrow” the legal issues at hand.

Lawyers for McIlroy have said both sides were “making progress”.
