Man accused of Elaine O'Hara murder to go on trial

A South Dublin architect is due to go on trial tomorrow accused of the murder of childcare worker Elaine O'Hara, two and a half years ago.

Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is due to appear before the Central Criminal Court.

Search to continue after man fell into River Nore

A man (33) was with a group of friends when he fell into the water at around 1:30am this morning at Canice's Mill in Thomastown.

The search was stood down earlier this evening, and is set to resume tomorrow morning.

IMF conference in Dublin

The Central Bank of Ireland, Centre for Economic Policy Research and International Monetary Fund conference "Ireland-Lessons from Its Recovery from the Bank-Sovereign Loop" is taking place in Dublin Castle tomorrow.

Opening remarks will be made by Minister Brendan Howlin.

The conference "aims to draw lessons for Ireland, the European Union and the IMF, as well as other countries facing similar challenges."
