Later in the day the odd spot of light rain or drizzle will occur, with hill and coastal fog too, especially across Atlantic counties. Milder than recent times as winds back southwesterly.

Most areas will see a lot of dry weather early on tonight - again just the odd spot of light rain or drizzle.
Under clear spells, frost may develop, along with some mist and fog patches.
Scattered outbreaks of rain will develop later in the night - heaviest across the north and west.
Lowest temperatures of 2 to 7 degrees, coldest across Leinster and east Munster.
Winds will be light to moderate southerly.
