Garth Brooks fans hoping to get their money back will have to wait until Thursday.
Ticketmaster has revealed it won't start paying out refunds until later this week as it wants to allow more time for negotiations to the debacle.
Newly appointed Environment Minister Alan Kelly is straight in at the deep end and has been in concert talks with Dublin City Manager throughout the weekend.
However in a statement this evening Minister Kelly says emergency legislation to allow all five gigs go ahead at Croke Park later this month would 'make an already bad situation worse' and he 'will not be going down this road'.
Kelly added that he's legally prohibited from interfering in 'any individual decision made by a planning authority'.
He also claims we have many other issues to concentrate on as a country and a line needs to be drawn under this controversy over the next forty-eight hours
The 400-thousand ticket holders no doubt agree and this evening await the latest development in Garth-Gate.
