Neighbours and friends have paid their last respects to Tina Satchwell who made her final journey this afternoon.
The 45-year-old had been missing for six years before her remains were found in Youghal almost a fortnight ago.
People stood in silence on St Bernard's Place in Fermoy this afternoon as Tina's funeral cortege drove past her former home.
Neighbours and friends stood outside their homes next to where Tina lived for many years as the hearse drove by to pay their respects.
Tina was reported missing person in March 2017.
Her body was found at her home in Grattan Street in Youghal, after Gardaí carried out a search two weeks ago when the case was upgraded to a murder investigation.
Her husband, Richard Satchwell, has been charged with her murder.
Tina's remains have been released to her family and her funeral is taking place today.
Her family say the funeral will take place privately and quietly as she lived.
