The Tánaiste's refused to rule out taking part in a live TV debate on same-sex marriage.
Joan Burton says she is happy to consider any offers from broadcasters ahead of the vote in three weeks' time.
Earlier this week Enda Kenny appeared to rule out any debate - saying he wouldn't make the campaign a party political issue.
The Tánaiste says she hasn't taken part in any debates, simply because nobody's offered one.
There was one very early on, I think on the Claire Byrne programme, where there were four people and there were two from each side. But that’s actually the only one I’ve seen,” she said.
Ms Burton said that if there is an opportunity she will consider taking part in a debate.
“It may be that the broadcast media will offer more and if they do we’ll have a look at them,” she said.
