Enda Kenny says he hopes Ireland will never have to take any money from a second bailout fund.
The Taoiseach was responding to confirmation that a precautionary second bailout fund will be offered to Ireland at the end of the year.
It's thought that up to 10 billion euro will be offered, in case Ireland is unable to convince investors to lend to it.
